Primetel Sucks!!!
If you want an ISP that is useless go for Primetel. It's easy... every time you have a problem with their crappy connection their 'support' dorks will probably tell you it's your computer's fault or the weather's lousy or your electricity supply is at fault. Or maybe your dog bites ... "that's not my dog"...

I have had excellent service from Primetel with experience at three different connections/homes.... ok, ok "very good", "excellent" is a strong word.
You just wait till you have a problem with the connection. Till now I've heard:
"maybe your computers don't work well via a wireless connection.."
"maybe you shouldn't use a router..."
and my favourite:
"go to 'control panel'....."
