It was originally an Arabic song which was covered by a singer called Sideris - I think. Once met him, about 10 years ago in some flats behind BMH on the east side of Nicosia. Great human being - definitely packs the dancefloor at a wedding! And I am a proud owner of a 7" vinyl copy - as they say in dancehall vernacular "CHOOON!"
