Mikellides for Jimmy

Now that is quite something, our psychedellic doctor Yiangos Mikellides urges his audience to vote for Jimmy. The reason is, according to Mikellides, that those who are behind Jimmy, are basically the best raw intellect left standing in Stravaraland. Impressed I am that, despite the weekly satire of what is commonly known as The Banana Republic, our good doctor has something to look forward to in Stravaraland.

Nonononono, it ain't going to work my AKEL buddies.

Get me to "vote for the people behind Jimmy"? No way. If you've got the balls, come out in front. Otherwise, go take a running jump at a doughnut.

Speaking as just one person who saw half his country given to the Turks for free in 2004, and the other half mortgaged to them, speaking as just one person who saw the orgy of misinformation, lies and defamation hurled at every person who dared voice their opposition to the sellout, speaking as just one person who watched you passively conform to and actively support the reactionary bullies who did it all, I assure you that you are NEVER going to get my vote unless and until you THOROUGHLY AND COMPLETELY purge your party of those responsible for the above, starting with your General Secretary downwards.

What idiots you must take me and other like-minded people for, if you think we'll give you our vote so that you can ally yourselves once more to the most reactionary, obscurantist and antidemocratic forces on the island to get Jimmy elected President. He's even stated it outright himself, that in the second round he rules out an alliance with DISY. Who does that leave then. You must think we're complete morons.

Nooooooonononono. I am going to vote for Kassoulides in the first round to see Jimmy out.

If that works, it will force you to either purge yourselves of reaction, nationalism and status-quo-ism and support Kassoulides in the second round, or end up in the ridiculous situation of having to support Tassos again and eat up your own shit a third time over. You ate it up once when bully boy Tassos pushed your faces into it after April 2004, you are lapping it up now with your ridiculous ravisionism - trying to get us to believe you've been in opposition these last four years - and boy are you going to have to suck it up a third time around if you get Tassos re-elected.

If it fails and you end up running against Tassos, I'll just watch you beg DISY for support in the second round.

This is the kind of political corner you've painted yourself into with your ambivalence and acquiescence to reactionism and rejectionism. Watching you squirm and squirm to get out of it is scant satisfaction for losing my country and my future but it is satisfaction nevertheless.

Stravoxylo—“go take a running jump at a doughnut.”

Why do I always hear Brits say this? go take a flying jump thru a rolling donut. Bwarharhar. Not funny!

Dohh, I get all my facts from the Cyprus Mail and my name is dohh Strav err Stravo?

Seriously “dude” ( I wanna be British too) ;-)

Why don’t you face the obvious? I’d be surprised if Kassou my favorite plan Annan will get more then 27 percent of the vote. DISY has imploded from within. You know your going to support comrade Jimmy so whats all this whining? Who is going to beg DISY supporters? They now only make up 27 percent of the pop. And they certainly are not going to vote for TPAP.

@ anonymous:

The expression is "take a flying fuck at a rolling doughnut", which, in my opinion, could apply beautifully to you. And, as it's an American expression and seeing as you prefer british expressions..."piss off".

Tosspot!

Ohh really, its an American expression?

...

IT DOESN’T MATTER that it’s an American expression!

;-)

You missed my point. I am not disputing how you say it or its origins. Reread my comment, several times if you must. I would have explained it but its 1:30 in the morning.

>>Tosspot!<<

British origin, right?

...

IT DOESN’T MATTER!
