It ain't how you use it

People have been flocking from all over the European Union to hook up with Stravaraland's jovial Minister of Tavern Affairs, affectionately known as Jackie Boy.

The former waiter's meteoric rise in the heady world of politics has become legendary among european diplomats who flock to the island in the hope that they may learn a thing or two.

My friends. You have no respect for the people in your goverment. You think this is funny? No. The country of Cyprus needs to be supported by the people. You are not doing this and furthermore you are making fun. Shame on all of you.

Seriously-somebody must know this man's background, and how he nearly got to the top of the non-pseudo republic.
His profession? Or an LSE take-away degree?
He does not play lip-service at heroes memorials like the rest so that is a PLUS.
I have heard some tales from circa 1960 which i will let you know after we find out the previous- and the after!
